Siemens washing machine
Quality is worst

Hi,

I bough t siemens washing machine in the year 2007. Till now i had serviced it more than 4 times, still the problem not solved.

The complaint is the same and still cannot be rectified by the siemens technical experts after paying heavy price.

I should have bought a machine from coimbatore for cheaper price and at least the maintenance cost could have been cheaper.

Since i believed siemens, got cheated by providing a worst quality product.

Service department is very pathetic in chennai-India.

I wrote mail to concerned department heads, but i do not think they are worried about the siemens getting spoiled in the indian market.

very soon i am going to take legal action, since my machine is under warranty.
