Cheating without Guarangee Service

Hi

This is ananth living in Chennai.

I had bought the branded shoes Floresheim at Khals Foot World, Nungambakkam 3 months ago. It was billed Rs.1500/- I enquired about the Guarantee to the Manager at the time of purchasing who said 6 months guarantee for pasting & stitching.

Now the pasting is turning slowly. When I approached the Manager to claim about the service, asked me to bring the shoes and he will do it within 7 days. But he became upside down when I carried the shoes to his store on 26th and declared it was bought on sale so no such service where as I need to pay Rs.300/-

I am carrying the bill which specifically mentiones about the 6 month guarantee as mentioned above but NO word about the Offer or Sale

The Manager of the Shop insulted me though I have bought two sets of costly shoes from his store

I am looking out the justification
