Paid money no product or contact

Hello

i have dealt with this company once before and my order was quick and good and i was happy.

unfortunately with my second order which i paid 2/3 of a deposit. i paid $11000 USD in september.. and there it all began to go wrong i was feed delays and lies and even demanded i put money into his paypal account for a friend who was studying in england. which i did as i felt intimidated i had no choice.

in march i was told my order was complete so i paid the remaining $5000 USD [just over that amount].

i have not heared from VINOD TANWAR since he will not return any of my communication..

i want to know how do i get my money back or my products that will be finished and in a sellable condition..
