No delivery after payments

I have ordered online on Inkfruit.com on 25th jan after 10 days they are not able to deliver the product . they are committing next day delivery on there website.on 2nd jan my brother b'day that's why i order the cloths, Never rely on inkfruit.com there customer care is also not responsible. They are the worst company. i dont know how i will take my money back from them now, they are not giving satisfactory reply.
