I had taken post paid connection from Vodafone (9769768669). I also received Reebok Jacket as gift from the company through Innivative Incentives India Pvt. Ltd. The jacket was in damaged condition which I bought immediately notice to both the companies. innovative Incentives also promised to replace the jacket and asked me to courier it and assured me that charges will be borne by them. But no courier company was ready to accept it as To pay. Also whenever I call to their office now nobody picks up the phone. vodafone cleraly said that it is not their responsibilty.
