Lost hope with RBK product

Dear sir / madam,

I bought Reebok sandals from factory shop on 10/07, for 1979 rs. The shop keeper said it comes with one year free service, after some days i found moulding in it peeled off . i gone to same shop were it was pasted by them and i used, but now it starts to tear to two pieces.how come i use that stuff . again i took it to shop they simply said not possible to do repair on this material . not even a year completed as of now i lost hope on Reebok products.
