Bad Alteration done

Yesterday I bought a jeans from of Levi's from its Outlet at R T Nagar, Bangalore. I required shortening of length as it was longer than my size.

The Outlet altered it such that now it is useless, n they are not accepting their fault by saying that alteration requested by me was not possible in the design i bought so they have done it what was possible.

Great!!! answer.

They will alter as per their comfort n not as per the buyer's requirement.

N they are neither refunding the money or giving me a different piece... So my money is wasted.

I request u all not to buy from R T Nagar Outlet.
