Hi, I am a regular customer of Easyday.

but from past few days i am facing a lot of problem like the prices in the bill are different from the prices mentioned on the shelves & sometimes even more than the MRP.

And this time it's a serious problem

I have taken a set of earrrings from the accessories section and was given warranty of 1 year for them. There was some problem with them and when I went there... the guy on the section just refused to exchange the set of earrings.

At the time of buying they have assured me that if anything will happen to them within a year we'll exchange them.

The guy on the section was behaving as if I have seprated them knowingly which is totally not acceptable. Please make them learn how to behave with the customer.

if you can't exchange them then give me my money back.

I hope sooner an action will be taken in this regard otherwise I 'll loose my trust from easyday.

I know that a customer hardly matters but every drop is important for the ocean.
