Efused to repair under warranty

Sir,

i purchased a slipper from KHADIMS kanpur store with item code 194203-90.

the product was defective. the next day morning i went with my complaint, but ur store manager refused to change or repair the product.

the item was hardly 12 hours old and it was ur manufacturing defect!!

i refused to take my slipper back from the store, its still kept in the store.

another thing the behaviour of employees is not at all porofessional, they even abuse while talking!!

please take some action!!
