I bought a bag from a shop and he confirmed that 3 month he will provide all sorts of service and this confirmation was oral. after two days the bag's lining and zip were damaged and we asked him to give back the money he said no money in return he can get it serviced. and I agreed for the same and he done the service and returned the rproduct after 2 days. then we started using the same again after 4 days bag got broken and and i submitted for service again. now he is threttening that it will take 3 weeks to rectify and he sayin this will not come under service. also he was very harsh to me. pls advise me what to do.
