The quality of shoes was so superb with tough leather and the weight of shoes were the USP; besides the shoe sole that were so rugged that it hardly used to worn off even after 2-3 years of use... I am finding it difficult to use your shoes as the shoe soles not even last for 1 months (Product deterioration is a Unique Innovation to enhance repeat purchase)? I think Lee Cooper is not interested in customer loyality now.
