Shoes soul cracked

I purchased Lee Cooper shoes eight month before from Metro, Chennai. Its sole has completely cracked and pieces of the soul detaching day by day. am unable to wear as the condition of the shoe is too pethetic now. Even though i purchased it eight months back, I hardly used it. I paid Rs.2390 (Approximate). Is there any way to get this issue sorted out? I had been used the same brand same model for 2.5 years without any issues.
