Poor Quality & Defective

Hi,

This is Jasmeet Dhir form New Delhi.

I bought a formal pair of shoes for my husband form Lee Cooper, GIP Mall, Noida.

After 2 days the stiching started coming out.

I have the invoice with me but still I'm not being given a solution for this problem.

This is very strange that being such a big and international brand, the after sale services is so bad. There is no one to attend the complaints, no help desk, even no contact number for the complaints. And no one is responding back on the mails.

The prices of the shoes are so high and quality is so bad.

Highly dissatisfied.
