Customer Dissonance

Sir,

I have been a regular patron of Lee Cooper Shoes when you all launched in India since late 90’s! The quality of shoes was so superb with tough leather and the weight of shoes were the USP; besides the shoe sole that were so rugged that it hardly used to worn off even after 2-3 years of use... However, since last few years, I am finding it difficult to use your shoes as the shoe soles not even last for 7-8 months (Product deterioration is a Unique Innovation to enhance repeat purchase)? I think Lee Cooper is not interested in customer loyality.

The shoes were purchased from Lifestyle stores, R-Mall, Mulund (W), Mumbai

In such a scenario, do I have an option other than to switch to a competitive brand for my future purchases??

Can I at least expect a call from any of your Indian Officials (if not a solution) or will you just discard this message, as well?
