Poor quality and no service of products sold

I Dr. K.Sireesha have purchased a kids wear and a school bag for my son for diwali in a lilliput showroom at Dr. A.S.Rao Nagar in a sale. On the same day of first wear the trouser zip was torn and the next day i took the product to llilliput showroom and i was told that there was no service and was advised to get it repaired at another tailor.

In the next one month with normal use by a kid the school bag was torn irrepairably. I took the bag to showroom again and the incharge told me that nothing could be done and there was no service on products sold. He gave me a torn price tag and advised me to give complaint to email id on the tag. I came home the email id on the tag was incomplete, so iam sending this complaint trough this service. So i request the concerned staff to look into the matter and give replacement for my products.
