Not refunding security money

I have taken the franchise of liverpool 2 years back with a secuirty deposit of Rs 5 lakh which is totally refundable with a agreement of 3 years. But from the date of opening company is not able to provide us proper stock or any kind of support. Moreover the managment of the company is too bad and they are only sitting their to cheat peoples by the name of franchisee rather than running the stores smoothly. After all that I have decided to leave its franchise but the company is not returning my secuirty money of 5 lakhs. plz help me.
