The loot store in Basaveshwaranagar sells low quality jacket at very high brand price.

i resently purchased a Water proof jacket (Bus stop brand). they told us it was of supieror quality from loot.but the jacket was of low quality when it was worned on rainy day the jacket was found to be non water proof and the jacket color was all over my shirt spoiling the shirt.

I then visited the store and showed them the jacket quality. they took the jacket and told us they will refund the amount the next day as store manager was not there.

they took my contact details.till now they have not responded.
