Shoes torned off

I purchased a shoes from lotto some 4 months back and started using it only two months back. The shoes got torned off in 15 days. I also dropped an email to lotto sport and lotto india but got no reply fromm them. The bill no is SC9/3838. Please take necesary action as this is complete cheating from the the company.
