Worn out and opening of pastings

Dear Sir,

On 18/07 we bought three pairs of the above brand (8713673 27) of weinbrenner shoes (Rs. 1699.00 each). We were told that it bears two and a half months guarantee. Being a loyal customer of Bata and Weinbrenner for quality on which we are assured for years, we were astonished to see that just after wearing it for five days all the inner pastings came out loosely and even the shoe souls started opening. We have returned all the three pairs to the Grand Hotel, Kolkata store from where we bought them and spoke to Mr. S. Manna the incharge of the store.(Customer's claim Settlement slip numbers 14413, 14414, 14415). We don't think mere repairing will solve the problem.
