Poor quality

Dear Sirs,

Why is is that over the last couple of years, every pair of socks purchased in your stores by myself, friends and family ends up shedding endless bobbles, even after quite a few washes. Generally speaking, we find that the quality of undergarments sold by yourselves has plummeted in the last few years. Do you have any comment, and is there any hope of standards being raised again? I look forward to your reply.
