Complaint about sandal of above co. bought in Bata Store

Hello Sir/ Madam, My name is Surekha Jagtap. I bought sandal from Goregaon West, S.V. Road (Near Goregaon Stn.), amout is 600 to 650. whithin 2 weeks & i weared second time only, my sandal has been bend from middle side. because of that i can't walk properly & in that condition i can not wear again. I give it to street chappal wala & repaired it but again it has bend. then i gone to the bata store where i bought my chappal for complaint then he told me that, in that sandal near by heel inside there is one small iron road tipe attached & that road has bended. because of misplace of receipt he can not change my sandal. but sir i want to ask u that BATA is the branded company we pay maximum for quality shoes or sandle or bag. for best product only. so i can not think that i have to keep receipt for any doubt or any complaint. we did not expect that. we know Bata product is quality product & we use all things for long time. & first time it happened with me that within 2 weeks my sandle is in that condition to i can not use again. we really do not expect that from your Bata company.

Sir can u do something for your regular customer. pls revert me back
