Not Refunding Security Deposit

I have taken the franchise of GOTTI few months back with a security deposit of Rs 9 lakh which is totally refundable, for that agreement has to made but when we acquiring the dead of agreement to make with company they not responding and not attending our calls and delaying for without any reason and after 2 months they terminate the our franchisee and all north zone stores (our store has started on april to June) only for 3 months. From the date of opening of store company is not provided us any support & proper stock. And all the management of the company is not responding positively even they all were involve including the owner’s of company to cheat the public. They have many company names to cheat the market & public (Example; Stockyard, Gotti, Liverpool, Barcelona etc.) This company is belonging to Ahmadabad (Gujarat) and the owner of this company is Mr. Shrikant, Anmol & Vikrant aggarwal (Brothers).
