Faulty stiching -Not responding-Abused

My blouses n dresses were stitched totally differently than design mentioned by me.

Forcibly taken the whole stitching charges amount without giving the receipt of the payment.

Garments were also not properly fitted.

When I contacted to rectify the mistakes in a possible way she behaved rudely n forced me to go out leaving all my garments there.

Please help me.
