Charging excess amount

My Wife had purchased a jeans from A & S Software Group on 09.06.10 via bill no 762 and told while purchasing that if the size of jeans will not fit my husband i will get it changed. When we went to change we took three T Shirts which had a discount of 25% percent for any customer but when we wanted to adjust againt the amount paid for jeans they refused to give us discount on the T shirt as they will not give discount as the jeans did not have discount when my wife buyed. I had paid Rs 1540 for the jeans and the T Shirts were of Rs 600 after a discount of 25% but they did not give discount on two T Shirt ref Bill No 570 but gave Discount on the third T Shirt ref Bill No 571 .It is a small amount but it is wrong and i want action againt the shopkeeper so that he does not fool other people.
