Inconvenience and misconduct

Wrong tagging in the product caused great inconvenience, the product had a price which was more than the actual price. New product was not available. Staff misguided us and proved us wrong in front of the manager. Staff is not well trained and had little knowledge of the products. Staff is misconducting, and not warm with the customer and did not apologize.
