Charging more than 2.5% as commision

Sir, i wish to draw your kind attention our icici current a/c number is 609505010783 in the name of our firm name milan.our TID no 30045936.our MID no 43050430.As we have availed merchant establishment facility from icici, they charged more than 12% as ageed commission 2.5%. A transaction on 4/09 2008.a card amount billed 2740.but credited in our a/c Rs 2447.19 on 05/09/08.one more caseof card payment through sweeping on 10/02, Rs 1620.but they have credited in our a/c Rs 1355. this is clear violation of agreed commision 2.5%.I HAVE APPROCHED SEVERAL TIMES IN LOCAL NAGERCOIL branch, noone helped in matter, plese help in thios regard .thanking you.
