Hi,
I made an online order @ redtape.com for 2595/- to purchase the shoe product no. 6202 on Jul-25. After the completion of online order processing it mentioned that the product will be delivered in 10 working days. As it was 10 days (max) to receive the order and as I want it before that, I sent an email on Jul-25 minutes after purchasing to cancel the order that I was made. I made a call right after that to see that my order will be cancelled. The customer support representatives assured me over the phone that the order will be cancelled. Not sure if they have any call recording system over there. The proof that I have is the call list. As I didn't received any response through email from them I called once again on Jul-26 and again they reassured me about the cancellation.
On Jul-27, I received an email from redtape that the order was dispatched. Immediately after seeing that email I replied them asking how they could dispatch after assuring that the order will be cancelled. I got no reply again.
On Jul-30, I called the customer support to check on them again. This time Mr. Shahid took the call and mentioned that they can't cancel the order as it was dispatched. When I asked if there is anyone who could speak in English he replied that no one is available and he is not able to understand what I am saying and he continuously mentioning the same in Hindi.
Please help me out how I could cancel this order and get my money back.
