Shifting of broadband

Espected sir,

from past fifteeen days our phone and broadband is not working properly. it automatically gets started and gets dead again. we have complained to every manager/area manager ete but nobody is ready to take the initative and solve the problem. And sir this is the last time we will complain or else will go to consumer court to take further actions.
