Spoiled Clothes

We had given my wife's wedding lehnga (wedding dress) for dry cleaning to a near by dry cleaner, who claimed to be the best dry cleaner in the area (Mr. Clean, #6, 19th Main, Near Cambridge Public School, HSR Layout, 4th Sector, Bangalore). The shopkeeper did not return the dress on multiple occasions and when he returned it; it was in a non wearable shape. The dress has been completely spoiled with faded colors; embroidery spoiled and is also torn. On complaint, he simply does not pay any heed and has told to do whatever we can. It is simple harassment and complete non accountability by him. The owner has refused to meet and asked us take the lehnga back in what ever shape it is. This dress in addition to being expensive carried lot of emotional attachment. We would request to take stringent action against the shopkeeper.
