NAAPTOL
Not refunding the money

I Have ordered a product on naaptol with order no:2955111 and the product i got was a wrong one . i returned the product back to naaptol in the blue dart courier with awb no:60118929953 on 16/2 and i have called naaptol cc executive and informed the awb no to him on the same day and he told me that they will call me for the refund of money after they have received the product. After 2 days i got confirmation from blue dart that the product has been delivered to naaptol. But they have not called yet and today is 26/02 still no response from naaptol. i want your immediate attention to this case
