Return due to incomplete delivery

I was purchased two shoes on combo office for Rs. 1699/- out of this i received only one shoes and for second seventymms are saying that you can get the refund for that undelivered item due to vendor is not providing a sufficient stock to us. i ordered that combo offer when the items status was " Product in Stock". Right now i don't want to accept that 1st product also and want to return the same for that i cant guided properly by seventymm. At the time of purchasing or ordering any product they are guiding well but at the time of complaint or returning the items they are not guided properly.

Please tell me the reason why you are not taking care for some rejection or return or refund cases my M. No. 8975761961if you want to talk me then contact directly immediately.
