Regional Discrimination

Today, I went to purchase some apparels with my friend to Pantaloons at COSMOS, Siliguri. After selecting the items, me and my friend were waiting in the queue. When our turn came and the cashier instead of taking the items broached by my friend asked a Nepalese lady though she came way after we joined the queue. Why? The cashier being Nepalese too, some Mr. Thakuri. I went and looked for grievances box, then an employee gave me a form and told me to fill up, I mentioned the details and gave the form and she told me that Pantaloons will contact me regarding this issue. Let's see what they do about it.

I am a Pantaloons Green Card member with heavy purchase since 2005. However, after today's incident, I don't think I'll ever spend a penny there (or any Shopper's Stop as they are owned by same fuckers) or recommend anyone else. I request you all to avoid such shopping malls (PANTALOONS) where REGIONALISM prevails.
