DETECTING MACHINE IN PANTALOONS

THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED ON 2nd Dec.

I entered the mall and the beep machine beeped, and i asked the security guard, he IGNORED IT.

I spent some time in the mall and selected few items and told the sales boy that i will go to the ATM and get the cash and come back, while I WAS going OUT, the detecting machine again 'Beeped" and I was insulted and the guards and the staff starting starring at me as though i am a thief, and took my bag check it fully, and found NOTHING.

With this incident I felt insulted and staff did not even to bother to "Apologize" but I want to fight against this mall for unnecessarily checking me and INSULTING A CUSTOMER???

How should i take it forward???

Help me, I am feeling very frustrated... how can this happen to a valuable customer because of nonsense machine "beeping"

PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS...
