This is to bring to your notice that i had left my job working for the above mentioned company. i left it in Aug applied for my PF, cheque got returned due my Bank AC closed, again applied for reissue of Cheque but there was no reply of the same, I personally visited Mumbai Office twice to submit the details, but the response i received was my details are not with the Accounts (Cash) section.

I heartly request u to please resolve this as soon asap, as i am in need of money.
