I am Mrs. Nandini Gawde and i want to complaint against Parichay Dept. Pvt. Ltd

in raghuleela mall, shop no 68-78. Doc No # PYW000025/10-11

The reason for complaining is that i have purchase one dress costing Rs.1195 dated 1- 4 after wearing that dress at once that (dupatta's) whole colour was spread around my neck.when we complaint the retailer he started defending himself by saying that new clothes hv to be Dry Cleaned (DC) first before using it... but this was not told us before and while purchasing time he adviced us to DC that dress after wearing it.

This is the first case i hv seen that a new dress is given for DC without using it and that too from reputed shop the dress colour is fading which simply seems that they r defending their company... now they r not ready to accept and also charging extra DC charges from us...
