Hello,

I purchased over Rs. 25000 garments from Paul Garments, situated at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. In the month end of Jan.2011.

Out of these garments 2 pants one is cotton, and second is containing Jute Material. I used only 1 time aforesaid paints. I used to wash the Cotton pants is totally fades. And the another one Jute Paint shrinked from 40 inch to 35 inch height. And west goes to 29 from 32. This is the result of 1 time wash and i m not capable to use the paints.

I talked at Paul Garments but they usually refuse it to change.

I invested Rs.4000 on those paints.

Pls help me out to replace it.
