Stiching complaint of pepe jeans pant

I am Vikram Singh Tomar from chandigarh, India. I purchased one pepe jeans from TOS, Sector 17, Chandigarh on 20.11.2010 of Rs.1899/-. I wear my pant 4 - 5 times only. Now there is a loose stiching problem in my pant. Kindly advice me what to do with that. Is there any possibility of exchange of my pepe jeans or refund of my amount. Kindly suggest.
