Facing An Issue in Getting Exchange of Woolen Article

I had purchaded one Mens Sweater Non C (Article number Addel Black) from Unisex Agencies, Moga, punjab with a promise to get an exchange in Gurgaon if it does suit to the person to who this will be gifted. I am having a copy of bill number 122 dated 20.01.2011.

Mr. Jaspreet Singh has promised me for same. And his contract number is 01636 588067 and mobile number is 9646327004.

Now I facing is getting in replacement of same. I need help on this.
