**COMPLAINT**

Hi

I had purchased a Black Wrangler Jeans from your flagship outlet @Inorbit Mall, Malad West, Mumbai, which was put out for an alteration. My concern here is, the person who altered the Jeans has ruined the seam at the bottom of the pant, I have left the same for the store manager to sort, and he assured to deliver my Jeans at home before 10pm on 25/10, I have not received the same and not even a courtesy call informing delay as on 26/10. I would like someone to look into the matter for me and assure that I get a proper pair of Jeans as requested by me at earliest.
