I had ordered a top worth rs-909 from this site which reached in my sisters company on 7th of dec in hyderabad late nite when the she had already left.since it was weekend after tis she recieved her parcel on monday i.e on 10th of dec. Later at night she found out that the size is ill fitting. on wed morning i.e o 12 dec i callled up the customer care for an exchange for which thy rudely denied as accordingg to hem 2 days are already over. The top is still untouched with the tag intact. They are not ready to listen to me. as per there mail thy also said that the product will be shipped within 2-4 days from the order date but it reached after more than 10 days where is the policy now??? m really frustated by their behaviour towards customer atleast some transparency should be there in there policeis. ITs not at all customer freindly and reliable site. Please take some actions and avoid such fake sites
