Problem in Response and Dispatch

Hi,

I ordered for a kurti on 07-12.On 13-12, the order status has been changed as "goods dispatched". But still i dint received my order. Then I called to the seller directly, he told within 1 day u'll get it, but no. Again I called him, then he told your order has returned so place the order again then you'll get it. Then I tried to call Tradus.in customer care but they are not at all responding. I made the payment before only. Atleast they didn't refunded my money back. Please help me.
