Wrong product shipped, not arranging reverse pick up, but false promises

I ordered a pepe jeans Men's t-shirt from fashionandyou.com
Order number: 2612438 Date: 14/11
They sent some female garment. Now, they accepted that it was a mistake and promised to arrange a reverse pick up within 2-3 days.
After waiting for 2-3 days, I wrote a mail, asking what cane be done..and again the same reply was there -to wait for 5-7 days.
After that I mailed them again, asking for arranging reverse pick up. They asked to wait for 5-7, more days
After waiting, I called them again, and talked to a supervisor, and he said that this issue will be given a high priority, and reverse pickup details will be shared the day after tomorrow
After that I wrote a mail once again yesterday, as yesterday was already one day past to their deadline, and till now no response is there.
I've spent a lot of money calling them, and tired of waiting for them, again and again.
