Cancel order After 10 days, How Cheap!

I ordered for shoes and my order number 920464481 from HOMESHOP18. But after 10 days, they canceled order themselves and called me and said that the product are not available, so we canceled yr order. Actually such kind of refund isn't valid and if they can't deliver any order, so why are they cheat with customers? I will really take actions opposite Homeshop18 and spread them bad feedback via internet. I am very unsatisfied with their worst services. With the comparison of them, there are lots of other shopping sites like Jabong, Flipcart, Yuvastyle, Shopclues and many more which are really active for their customer but they are really very very very worst.
