Dear Mr Sunil Bharati Mittal
For your kind consideration, this is to inform you that I am an Airtel user (9994055054) since 2007 to till date. So far I haven’t got frustrated for a single moment with Airtel Network, so that am really thankful to Airtel Owner and entire team. From 1st July onwards I really upset with this Network, Whenever I call to customer care they give only false assurances ie., our customer care rep will contact you after three hours or after two days etc. So I honorably requesting that, kindly have a gentle look into this matter and Resolve the below issue as earliest as possible.
Actually my problem is I recharged my booster of Rs.119/- (30/paise per min for 6 months) on April. But from my a/c Rs.1/- per call is deducting from 1st of July onwards. So recharge my booster plan of Rs.119/- claiming against Rs.1/- deducting from July 1st onwards to till date.
Note: If no any further action i will support media against Airtel
