Un wanted call and sms

Dear Sir,

I had already registered with NDNC with Airtel on 09/03 and my reference number is S1010426215. But I still receiving both calls and SMS. Today also I receive a sms from lifestyle and the phone number is 7498286854.

So, please suggest me now what should I do. i also tried to connect TRAI site but i get this msg Could not connect to remote server i am getting this msg fr last 5 days plz help...
