Sandalwood smell doesn`t come from clothes after dry cleaning

I came to India after a long time and thought to visit UDAIPUR. We took local guide who knows area really well. He recommended us to do shopping from this store and he claimed that this is a government store. Sales people is this store are very professional and they claimed that after washing "Kurta" in dry cleaning you will get the sandalwood for almost 2-3 years. I gave my 2 kurtas in dry cleaning and there is no smell coming out of it. I called store and complained about this thing. They talked really nicely and told me that dry cleaning hasn`t been performed correctly. You send us kurtas here and we will do dry cleaning here. (What a Joke!). After conversation with my one of cousin I came to know that she had the same experience. I am flying back to us and dont have much time but I have faith that Consumer department will take care of this situation seriously.
