Delivered size of product larger than ordered one

I ordered for two pairs of shoes, each of different size respectively.

later on i received both the pairs of shoes larger than the size i had ordered.

i want to get them exchanged for a smaller size.

plz let me know the possibilty of watever that can be done, or else i would suffer a great loss.
