Poor quality of product

I purchased a Manama - red check-in luggage bag (C57) in July for Rs.5, 200 and used it just twice for journeys. But this bag is simply not suitable as check-in luggage. The external material of the bag is very delicate and with one flight journey - it tore up in 3-4 places. It looks quite sad now and it would be quite embarrassing to use it in this state. Given the hefty price I paid and the brand reputation, I did not expect this.

Also, none of the service centres were willing to even check out with the company about any repairs possible. I called a company mechanic directly, yet he too hasn't been able to come and take a look at the bag since a month.

I bought this model since I needed a spinner bag, but it's been quite a fiasco. We have a Polo spinner bag in the family since 7-8 years and it's in great condition even today.
