Behaviour of Agency Person regarding customers

I have purchase 2 Apparel on 08.02.2011 at 9:00 P.M. At the time of selection the tag price of Apparels were Rs.799/- and Rs. 599/-. but at the time of billing agency person change one of the selected apparel and remove the price tag of Apparel of cost Rs.799/- and submit the price Rs. 999/- without informing me. when i checked my bill and items then i complain them about the happening but the denied to change those items and forced me to purchase another item. I have purchased many a time from various REEBOK showrooms in various cities of India but I nowhere found such rude behavior. I usually go for REEBOK brands but after this behavior I make up my mind about not to purchase any REEBOK item from such a show room.
