Rs 150 charged for changed the Regulato

Sir, my regulator knob was broken due to hard on-off action since last 10 years (issued old one only). When I wanted to repair or changed with Aravind gas Thanjavur, Tamilnadu they charged Rs 150.They did not issue any cash receipt for that. Thay give me a new regulator for the old one. Please convey me is their action is correct or not.
